2. The photo card is a product that is distributed by re-purchasing product that have already been sold.
   
3. Please note: We will not be able to exchange products for minor dents, scratches or discolouration on the photocards.
4. Return and refund is not acceptable when the sealing behind and packing sleeve is open or damaged.
5. PLEASE FILM AN UNBOXING VIDEO WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. THIS CAN BE USED AS PROOF IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH AN ITEM YOU HAVE RECEIVED AND WILL BE REQUESTED AS EVIDENCE WHEN MAKING A REFUND OR RETURN CLAIM
